Grill'd Richmond has always been a nice, clean, chilled place on Swan St. The burgers are good. If you're going during a lunch break, be prepared for a 15 min wait for your food, but the app and online ordering system are great.
Made my own burger with low carb buns and it great, fresh and tasty and a decent lunch, definitely pricey though.
The chicken bites are definitely worthwhile, such a great extra to get on the side.
Grill’d is always my favorite burger in Melbourne.
This restaurant is very spacious, but the floor is slippery, dangerous!!!!!!!!!!

It was a super busy night on Swan Street and was 545pm with many people queued up out front. The staff member out front did a wonderful job in getting us a table for 6. Food was awesome and came quickly. Loved the experience with good friends.

From my first time at the Richmond one, I’m from Sydney & the one in Pitt street has the best service.

It's a pretty straightforward burger place, pretty decent
Just a great overall experience. Came on a late Friday night (love that they open till 11pm). You can order at the counter or from your table via QR code. Love the decor/setup; it’s new, spacious, hand sanitizers a plenty and nice booths with comfy leather seats. Staff was nice to give free water. Burgers are always nice, filling but not bloating afterwards. Zucchini chips are delicious, only wished they gave more.
Missus was after an oily juicy beef burger and was left wanting because it was not dripping with enough oil and only warm not hot lol. Food and drink was forgotten on our order and had to be chased. Well meaning staff.
